Property layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
More images made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
